Governance: The ancient Arkhad – Achaean rule of central Asia by Alexander the Great.
The historical role of the city: During the bronze age, 3000 BC, the central Asian household cultural administration began the construction of the red full solar-lunar city of Xiongnu and controlled the southern border of Xiongnu state at 37th latitude at 2.817-meter height.
Location features: The city is located at the eastern bank of the five-colored Panji River near the Afghan-Tajik border.
Resettlement reason: 39 sexagenarian cycles of Xiongnu solar-lunar calendar ending starting its new 12.480-year cycle. the city is being moved at this transition period with the purpose to control the eastern bull-countries.
